Greek Style Scampi
I originally did this dish in a plain old frying pan. The fact that I opened my big mouth and mentioned I might need a Dutch oven meant that there was no Hot Wheels Fireball Raceway under the tree for me. Damn!

Heat the oil in your brand-spanking new, Hot Wheels Fireball Raceway-replacing Dutch Oven. Medium high heat is good.
Add the minced garlic and sautée quickly. 30 seconds is enough.
Add tomatoes and ¼ cup of parsley. Simmer for 10 minutes. While simmering, preheat oven to 400°.
Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
Dump the concoction into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with feta and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle on the remaining parsley, lemon juice, and pepper.
